>DIRECTIONS:
PMS & Peri-Menopause: Use day 12-26 of your cycle. Count the first day of your period as Day 1,count to day 12 and begin using every 12 hours until day 26 then stop. Apply 1/4 tsp. twice daily on inner arms, abdomen, thighs, face or neck.
Menopause: Apply 1/4 tsp. twice daily. Use 28 days per month. For stronger symptoms, use all month. I also recommend this product for Insomnia. Before sleep, rub some on the back of your neck and a little all over your face. If you wake up in the middle of the night you may apply again. You should fall asleep in 20 minutes or so.
