DIRECTIONS:
Always cleanse first ( A.M. and P.M.) with the "Exfoliating Cleanser." If you have sensitive skin you may want to add a little bit of water to dilute the cleanser and then apply it to your skin. A toner is NOT necessary to use because your skin will naturally bring itself back to it's PH balance. Gently massage the cleanser into the skin and rinse off with lukewarm water. Wash the face, neck, and any other area of the body 1-2 times daily, in a circular motion, then rinse with water. If you are plagued with whiteheads or blackheads this will help. WHY??? Whiteheads are tiny, pearly, white raised spots. They are collection of sebum and keratin that plugs the opening of skin pore. They are caused due to excessive secretion of sebum oil. Their tips do net get darkened because unlike blackheads the clogged grease in not exposed to the air, so oxidation does not takes place. Whiteheads are promoted by excessive cellular exfoliation, which quickly clog or block the follicles. THAT IS WHY USING THIS EXFOLIATING CLEANSER WILL GET THE CLOGGED PORES OPEN AND THE DRY SEBUM MOVING....
